I never in my wildest dreams would have ever thought we'd get robbed. I've heard of other people have this unfortunate thing happen to them, but I never thought to us.
We come home today around 5pm and I go to my room to see my VAIO laptop gone. My sister checks to see her's gone, along with my moms. It seems they gone in through my sister's window, which was open just a couple inches; they pried off the screen and came in through there. Our 3 dogs were home, but it's evident they didn't do anything, nor were they hurt, thankfully. It seems like they're just too nice and the thief didn't think they were a threat.
I am really really angry and upset this has happened. I love my computer almost as much as I love my dog. I have a LOT of important files on there, along with a lot of photos and memories. Not to mention all the sites I'm on and such, the password is autosave. I managed to change most of my passwords, but still. And although my VAIO is password protected and I have faith in the police, I really doubt I'll see my beloved VAIO again.
Donations would be cool, but yeah... idk what to do...
This really frickin' blows...

1. Tracing is a really fun style of art. It let's you improve on your art and the artwork you tracing. I did a really good trace/copy myself of a cute little fox. Check my favs and artwork.
2. Recoloring is also a fun style of art. As long as the recoloring is good, it's a very good style of art.
3. pose stealing is perfectly fine. Because there's a lot of poses out there and it's hard to make up new ones. So it's much easier to just use a popular pose. As long as you're not claiming the pose, it's perfectly fine. Like the hands behind the back while standing is a common pose, heck I use the pose a lot in real life! So pose stealing isn't really stealing.
So yes I support all three of those. So please tell me why they would be bad? I don't want to fight, but I would like a reasonable argument.

Practice makes perfect. I need more practice.
But generally, I'm against mostly when the person who traces/recolours/whatever claims it's 100% their imagination AND didn't ask the artist first (if they could recolour it).
Some people find it flattering when their art is stolen, I find it very disrepectful to the artist. They worked very hard on a piece(s) then someone claims all the credit for it? That's wrong.

And I believe that Edward Cullen sucks. Period. No offense to his fans and Stephenie Meyer.
